院内でのマスク着用についてご協力のお願い　Wearing Masks in the Hospital～Our Request for Your Cooperation～

病院の中には、感染症に弱い病気や治療中の方々が集まっております。
当院では、患者の皆さまに安心してお過ごしいただけるよう、職員一同、院内におけるマスク着用を徹底し、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止に取り組んでいます。
このため、来院される皆さまにも引き続きマスクの着用をお願いしております。
マスクは、正しい装着方法で、必ず着用の上ご来院ください。また、診察や検査の際は、マスクを外さず着用のままでお願いいたします。
なお、マスクの着用についてご理解いただけない方につきましては、当院への入館および診療をお断りする場合があります。

 Numerous people who are vulnerable to infectious diseases visit or stay in our hospital. In order to ensure the safety of our patients, all of the hospital staff wear masks and make efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the hospital. For this reason, we kindly ask all visitors to keep wearing masks in our hospital.

 Please be sure to wear a mask in the correct manner before coming to the hospital. Please do not remove your mask during consultations and examinations.

 Please note that individuals who do not comply with our mask policy may be refused entry or treatment at the hospital.

 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our hospital infection control measures.
